Truffles from local producer Brae Garden will be championed across a specially curated menu, with one of Brae Garden’s truffle experts taking the mic throughout the night to chat all about these earthy delights. Expect dishes such as Truffle Beef Carpaccio, a Spinach and Ricotta Gnudi in Chicken Jus and Truffle Butter, and even a truffle-topped take on the signature Tiramisù Carlotta.

This exclusive truffle menu clocks in at $119pp, while the full drinks offering will be available for purchases on the night — from bold French red wines to some great local expressions.
