We’re swapping our usual warm Mediterranean flavours for a riotous taste of Southeast Asia, as our friends at Chin Chin venture up north for a special two-night takeover, kicking off 6.30pm on 29 & 30 April.
Join Executive Chef Benjamin Cooper as he descends on Carlotta to host this four-course shared feast featuring Chin Chin hits both classic and familiar — from Kingfish Sashimi to Wood-Roasted Scallops to a Northern Thai Curry of Beef Cheek, Ginger, Cardamom and Pickled Garlic. You’ll even catch a few new faves pulled from the pages of Chin Chin’s latest cookbook, ‘Still Hungry’, available to pre-order or purchase on the night. Tickets come in at $110pp, which will also put you front and centre for a Q&A with Cooper, chatting all things Chin Chin.
To match the signature dishes, we’ve curated a special beverage pairing, which you can sip your way through for $50pp. Carlotta’s usual drinks lineup will also be available to purchase from on the night.
