Catching a bite before the show? Join us to discover Carlotta’s Express Dinner pre-theatre menu, now available Sunday to Thursday evenings.

For $69pp, you’ll enjoy a table full of seasonal Mediterranean plates, starting with the likes of Rosemary & Sea Salt Focaccia and Whipped Ricotta with Chilli and Herb Oil, then moving onto your choice of signature handmade pasta paired with shared sides.

Carlotta’s Express Dinner menu will run for a limited time, with 1-hour sittings available starting 4.30-5.45pm.
